BSC DPL Player Identification

Players that do not currently play for BSC who are interested in playing for a team on BSC's DPL program should fill out the form linked below. If you are a current BSC player you do not need to fill out the form. You will be contacted by a coach or staff member with more information once the form has been filled out.
