CHECK IN ONLINE

Deadline: Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 by 5:00 PM (Mountain Time

Teams that complete online check in will receive a confirmation email by Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Confirmation email will be sent to the email address as a reply to the email from which the check in documents are sent.

Directions to Complete Online Check In:

1.      Fill out the “CSOTR Team Information Sheet”

2.      Have the following documents ready to submit:

1. One copy of your State Association, League, or US Club approved roster
2. Complete the Medical Release Waiver form
3. Guest player’s full name, player identification number and date of birth at the bottom of the existing approved roster
4. A current player pass for any guest player who is written in on the roster
5. Permission to Travel form, IF OUTSIDE OF REGION 4 (SEE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

3.      Submission process:

1. SCAN each document.
2. SAVE each document type as an individual PDF as they will be uploaded separately.
3. Please use descriptive titles so you will know which files to upload.
4. Please upload all player cards as one PDF document.
5. LOG IN to the gotsport team account which was used to register your team, click on "2023 College Showcase of the Rockies", click on "Documents", and upload each of the required items with the correct label. After uploading all documents, click on the "Notify" button (no need to add a message).

ROSTER UPDATES (If applicable):

• If a roster update is required after online check in has been completed, a team representative MUST email colin.mullaney@broomfieldsoccerclub.org prior to the beginning of the team's first game.  After the first game has started, no further roster changes will be allowed.
